I do the thinking.
Each week, I write three days of your meal plan for you, built around foods your whole family will eat. One table, not two. Then I coach you through planning the other four days yourself, so you're not just following a plan, you're learning how to build one. Foundational workouts you can do at home, matched to where your body actually is.
Months 2-4
You learn the design.
We move you into managing your own macros with real guidance, not guesswork. Your strength training workouts periodize as your body adapts. By the end, you don't need me for dinner anymore. That's the point.

This is the first run of Restored Table, and I'm capping it at 10 women. Founding members get the full program plus closer access to me than any future group will have, because I'm building this alongside you.
In return, I'll ask for your honest feedback. And if your restoration is one you want told, I promise to feature your story as one of the first women at this table. Featured is always invited, never required.
I've cooked for a body that was failing. I know what restored looks like.
For years my husband Devlin was sick, and no one could tell us why. We chased symptoms. We eliminated foods. We watched the "safe list" shrink while the answers never came.
What finally changed everything wasn't a harder diet. It was restoring the design: rebuilding his gut, feeding the systems that had been starving, and giving his body the tools it was built to run on. He's well now. Our table did that.
That's why I don't coach permanent restriction. The body was designed to thrive when it's given the right supplies. My job is to figure out what your body is missing and put it back on your plate.
And I've lived it in my own body.
After my first son was born, I lost 50 pounds. Not by white-knuckling a crash diet, but by restoring the design: feeding my body what it was starving for and letting the weight follow.
Right now I'm doing it again, the right way. I'm working with my own coach, rebuilding my metabolism through a reverse diet before I ever cut a calorie. Ask me about it on our call. I will never hand you a protocol I wouldn't live at my own table.

I coach a small roster so every client gets real attention. When spots are full, applications go to a waitlist.
