This delicious spiced granola is perfect to top some greek yogurt on cool fall days and will make your house smell like autumn.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Crush pecans and cashews with a rolling pin or in a mortar and pestle.
- Combine oats, pecans, cashews, craisins, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl.
- In a measuring cup add oil, then maple syrup, then vanilla extract.
- Combine with oats mixture and spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stir, and then bake for 15-20 minutes more until fragrant and golden brown.
- Let cool, and do not stir until completely cool if you enjoy clusters of granola.
- Will keep in a jar for 5-7 days.
